At The Dark Castle, we take great pride in our hand-crafted, custom-made pieces. Since each item is carefully made just for you, we offer refunds and returns only under specific conditions outlined below:
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return or refund, we require clear photo evidence showing the damage to the item and the packaging. Once we’ve confirmed the damage and filed a claim through USPS, we will offer a return or refund as appropriate.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a return or refund for mis-shipped items once verified.
Since all of our items are hand-painted and 3D-printed to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for any other reason beyond damage during shipping or mis-shipped items. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color, size, or shape are part of the handmade process.
If your item arrives damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the claim has been resolved. Please retain all packaging and follow our instructions to ensure a smooth claims process.
